Hi there, my name is Daniel Farrow and I am currently a postgraduate student looking for my first role in the game industry after graduating from Staffordshire University in August of 2023. 

 

I specialise in designing and implementing gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine 4 and 5 but I have also covered other areas of the design pipeline such as level design, 3D modelling, rigging and animation throughout my time at university.

 

I have been studying game design for almost 7 years now and most recently graduated with a Master's degree with Distinction from Staffordshire University in 2023.

Outside of my education I am a huge nerd, I love to play games, read comics and watch films. Currently I am playing through Respawn's 'Star Wars: Jedi Survivor', Naughty Dogs 'The Last Of Us Part II' and Capcom's 'Exoprimal'.

As I spend a lot of my time at the computer I also like to do activities away from my desk such as cooking and working out in the gym to keep myself fit. My favourite dish to cook is probably steak sandwiches, super simple to make and really tasty.
